Euromillions Basketball League: Easy win for Oostende against Liège, Mons beats Kangoeroes
Oostende defeated Liège at the Country Hall (58-87) while Mons grabbed the win in Mechelen (70-77).
Oostende easily defeated Liège Wednesday night. With several key players back, Dario Gjergja’s team had no issue in Liège. Jean-Marc Mwema recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds, Haris Bratanovic had his best game in Euromillions Basketball League with 11 points and 2 rebounds in 19 minutes. For Liège, James Potier played 40 minutes where he recorded 11 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds.
Mons had a slightly more complicated evening in Mechelen (70-77). Jabril Durham was once again the leader for Mons, he recorded 20 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. For Mechelen, Jito Kok recorded 18 points and 4 rebounds.
