Belgian Cats beat Turkey this Sunday, qualify for quarter-finals.

The Belgian Cats are qualified for the quarter-finals of the Eurobasket Women. In the final game they defeated Turkey in Strasbourg on Sunday 63-61 (half-time: 41-31).

Emma Meesseman recorded 15 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Kyara Linskens had 11 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists.

With two wins, the Belgian Cats finishes first and advance directly to the last eight. Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina play barrages while Turkey is eliminated. The quarter-finals will be played next weekend in Valencia, Spain.
