The number 1 pick of the 2020 NBA draft played his first NBA gameagainst Detroit on opening night. And the least we can say, is that Edwards wasn’t impressed.

” It’s not that hard to be honest, coming out of being double-teamed in college. … Even if it’s a lot of defensive attention, it’s still easier. You can’t double all game. We got too many shooters.“, said Edwards after the game.

In 25 minutes, Anthony Edwards recorded 15 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

The shooting guard who played in NCAA with Toumani Camara last year, was happy after his first game:” I feel like I played really, really good. I feel like I just came off the bench and changed the intensity of the game. That’s really it.“
